Are your products organic?

Our products are all organic and natural, locally sourced/grown/crafted and entirely natural.

Do you test your products on animals?

We never test our products on animals. All our animal bi-products ingredients such as bees wax, propolis and honey are organically sourced without any harm to the bees. We love the bees.

What is the difference between the Human and Pet formulas?

Our pet formula has a lesser quantity of plant extract compared to our human product. Beyond this, our pet product isn’t flavoured, while our human product has a little bit of various flavourings to add aroma and natural sweetening.

Our pet products also use grapeseed oil as a carrier oil, which is widely accepted as an excellent omega supplement that most pets agree with, while our human product uses MCT oil from coconut as a carrier oil.

What Product should I start with?

We recommend starting with our 500mg oil as a great place to start. It is one of our weaker strength offering, and based on your results, you can scale up if you need to. It’s a good preventative measure. From here, you can decide whether the 350mg, 500mg, 1000mg, or 1500mg is best for you. Alternatively, if you prefer not to taste the product, you can give the gummies a try!

How do I use your products?

How much oil do I take?

Dosage guidelines are product specific. Follow the directions listed on your product label or select the “directions” tab on the product page.

What if I’m not seeing any effects?

Not to worry! Everyone responds a bit differently to our cannabis extract, and you may simply need a larger dose than others. You may be what we call a “high responder.” This means your body needs a higher dose than other people, and this is not uncommon. For this, we recommend increasing your dose gradually until a desired effect is achieved. Beyond this, we suggest trying a stronger potency product from our offerings. When do I take it?

As your experience with our cannabis extract will be unique to you, we recommend following our suggesting serving instructions and testing different methods of dosing. Consistency is key.

We suggest taking 1-2 servings daily as indicated on the product dosage guidelines to allow the extract to gradually build in your system. We encourage you test a variety of times to take your extract and track your performance to find your individual “sweet spot” to best serve your needs. Please keep in mind, it may take up to 5 days of consistent use to begin noticing effects of our extract as your body acclimates to our product.

Are your topical products suitable for all skin types?

Our topical products contain cannabis and/or essential oils and bees propolis which is incredibly soothing and moisturising for the skin. It is suitable for all skin types including sensitive skin.

Do your products have a product shelf life?

Cannabis is a natural preservative so our products last longer than most. Our products have a shelf life of 3 years, while the products will be at their best within 12 months of purchase. Our topical ointments, creams and balms have a shelf life of 12 months, though they might last longer depending on storage.


How do we know your oil is better than others?

Our oil is extracted from specific strains which are high in CBD. We have a minimum of 10 strains per extraction which gives us the highest CBD content in the South African market and far below the 1% THC quantity required to claim the title of CBD oil. All our oils are batch tested for consistency and quality.

Much of our client base stems from referrals from other satisfied customers. But we have also gained a lot of clients from other companies who have not provided good quality oil – it is a well-known fact that most cannabis products on the market is produced from Swazi Gold which has no medicinal properties whatsoever.

Most importantly, we place a high value on people’s lives and don’t take their health for granted. It is important to us to provide a good quality product to our clients at an affordable price, so we don’t want to waste the valuable time or money on subpar products or services.

How is your Cannabis sources / produced?

We only use outdoor, organically grown cannabis! As we grow our plants from seed, we know what goes into it and it is all organic with no pesticides or other toxic substances. We are accountable for the entire process in the manufacture of all our cannabis oil products so we know it will be of a good quality and entirely natural. We stand behind our products.

Your prices seem lower than some other suppliers I have seen, does that mean your product isn’t as good?

Not at all. We have an exceptionally high standard when it comes to the quality of our products and will put our products against any other at any time. We are a small proudly female owned company who grows our own plants and we have our client’s best interest at heart. We serve our customers, not a group of shareholders. Therefore, you’ll find that our pricing is often less than others. We don’t believe there’s any reason to gouge customers with ridiculously high pricing that you may have seen with larger brands or people who are simply in it to make a buck.

How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

Once we have received your order an automated email will be sent with a confirmation.

All south African deliveries are done through Courier Guy and will take approximately 2-3 working days for in stock items.

Please note we do not ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

We aim to ship all orders as soon as possible and they should arrive within 2-3 working days for in stock items.

We do offer international delivery; however, this and the costs will depend on the specific requirements of the country we are delivering to as the regulations regarding CBD products differ depending on where you are.
