DELIVERY & RETURNS
Please note you will receive an automated email upon confirmation of order. Orders are shipped via third party couriers and are subject to the carrier’s delivery timescales. Costs are R100 for all orders within Gauteng and R150 for all local orders outside Gauteng.
Free delivery on all orders over R1500.
At present, we do not offer automatic delivery outside the South Africa. If you are outside this region and would like to place an order, please contact the sales team at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you.
Cancellations & Returns
We do not accept returns or issue refunds on purchased products.
For faulty or damaged goods please see below section.
Faulty/ Damaged Goods
If for any reason the goods you receive are faulty or damaged in any way, we will be happy to replace the damaged items or refund the amount in form of a credit note to be used on our online store. Please contact us at email@example.com. The damaged product will be replaced with the same item as soon as possible. An alternative product will be offered in cases where stocks are no longer available. Perishable goods such as any of our edible products are exempt from being returned.
Should a replacement not be required please notify us and we will refund the cost of the damaged products. Please note that it may be necessary to provide photographic evidence of the damaged goods or in more severe cases, we may choose to collect the damaged products from you for Quality Review investigation.
Where goods are believed to be faulty, please notify us of your intent to return the goods by email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days from date of order. Correspondence will be made directly with the customer.
